| Problem solved. Turns out the IP addresses were off by one digit. To change the Windows computer's IP address in the iPad's DVD Profiler, I went to Databases (not Settings) | DVD profiler iPad | Change Settings; there I changed the wrong number. Then I tried to update the iPad’s database but got an error message that I needed to go to the desktop (DVD Profiler on the Windows computer, not the iPad) to Tools | Options | Sharing and click on Allow changes from remote clients. Now everything works again. | Posted: Topic Replies: 1, Topic Views: 1079 |  | For the last couple days I've been unable to update the profiles on my iPad from the PC's database. As far as I can tell, nothing has changed. The IP address and port are the same as they were before. I'd be grateful for any help that can get the synching to work again.

Recently I installed it on my iPad. When I search on the iPad for a movie that is part of a box set, it doesn't show up. I have to search for the name of the box set, and then I can see all the movies within that set. This is frustrating, since I seldom can remember which box set a particular movie is in--and I use the iPad rather than the PC when I'm in the viewing room. Is this problem fixable? If so, how?
